This home will have all new tile flooring installed and walls will be freshly painted throughout the entire house. Bathrooms will be upgraded with walk-in tub/walk-in shower, vanity/sinks, toilets drywall and paint. The kitchen will get aa entire new face with all new kitchen cabinets, countertops, a new sink, new flooring, paint and all new appliances.

PHASE 2
Phill's Home Construction just has a few more finished touches to complete the interior remodel of this Dunedin, FL home. Check out the displayed pics below! Recently cabinets, countertops, backsplash and all kitchen appliances have been installed. Installation of vanities, sinks, tubs and toilets have been completed in both bathrooms (1 & 2) and the window shutters installation is complete throughout the entire house!
Prior to recent finishes all interior walls have been freshly painted and all new flooring has been installed. Next Phill's Home construction will put a unique stamp on the interior of this home with the installation of interior doors, moldings, and the electric fire place.
