• Expert Plan Coordination: Align your custom home designs with top architects to meet all engineering, building codes, and zoning requirements. • Fast-Track Permitting: We handle permit applications—get your official start date and projected completion timeline upon municipal approval.

Allowances & Design Guidance • Within days of your project start, you’ll receive an allowance sheet. • Choose from standard finishes and trims, or select upgraded options — allowance amounts for each item are provided. • Receipts for used allowances are deducted from the final Service Agreement cost. • Our Design Liaison will guide you through selecting finishes, including trims, vanities, countertops, cabinets, and flooring and coordinating materials and colors.

• Project Timeline: Get your tentative schedule to stay on track from day one. • Online Portal: Real-time access to updates, material selections, photos & quality checklists.

• Final adjustments completed per Service Agreement and company standards • Two required final inspections: • Final Trade Inspection • Final Building Inspection • Multiple trade inspections occur throughout construction • Remaining balance due at Final Trade Inspection (see Service Agreement) • Final homeowner walk-through to confirm all contractual work is complete • Certificate of Occupancy (CO) issued after all inspections pass and move-in approval is granted.
