Phill's Home Construction has now began with phase 1 home addition to this quaint home in downtown St.Petersburg, Florida. The addition to this home will be a 2 story at approximately 1200 SF (Square Feet). The first floor to the home addition will be a living room and kitchen. The 2nd floor will be a master bathroom and master bedroom with a balcony.
Now that the property grounds and permits have been cleared for this project Phill's home construction has initiated with foundation and framing. Below is displayed a little sneak peak of the foundation and framing for this project which will include pier footers, concrete pouring, anchors, girder beams, floor joist and sheeting. PHASE 2
Phill's Home Construction has now completed phase 1 of this 2 story home addition in downtown St.Petersburg. Our next two phases in progress (2 & 3) includes installation of electrical, HVAC, roofing, stairs and back porch. The final phase of this project will be installation of windows and doors, plumbing, insulation, drywall, and minor interior/exterior details.
The first floor to this home addition will be a master bedroom with existing remodeled bathroom and a kitchen. The second floor to this home addition will be a bedroom and bathroom with an outdoor patio. Stay tuned as we get closer to the final phase and reveal for this project!
PHASE 3
Phill's Home construction has almost completed phase 2 & 3 for this Downtown St.Petersburg 2 story home addition. Phase 2 & 3 for this project is installation of roofing, HVAC systems and all electrical to the entire addition. Just to catch you up with the progress of this 1200 sf home addition project it began with foundation, exterior and interior framing which included installation of pier footers, concrete pouring, anchors, girder beams, floor joist and sheeting.
When phase 2 & 3 is complete we install windows and doors, plumbing, insulation, drywall, and minor interior/exterior finishes. The first floor to this home addition will be a master bedroom with existing remodeled bathroom and a kitchen. The second floor to this home addition will be a bedroom and bathroom with exit French doors leading to an outdoor patio. PHASE 4
Install the walls! Phill's Home construction has finally began with the drywall installation for this Downtown Saint Petersburg 2 story home addition. Check out the below displayed pictures of drywall being installed in the downstairs kitchen, bedroom & closet to the first floor and the master bedroom and bathroom to the second floor.
Recently the roofing, windows/ doors installation, bats & foam insulation and exterior siding have all been completed for this project. Next will be installation of plumbing, electrical finishes, flooring, kitchen and bathroom finishes.
PHASE 5
Phill's Home Construction has a few more finish touches to add to this Downtown Saint Petersburg, 2 story home addition and we are soon to give you a final reveal!
All electrical, HVAC, drywall, interior paint, exterior siding and window trim installation is now complete. A unique Old Florida Growth hardwood pine flooring is now being installed and will be sanded, stained and finished when the flooring installation is complete to both lower and upper level of this addition. Next we will complete the remaining finishes to the exterior, kitchen and each bathroom on the first and second floor.
