What are allowances and how do they guide the design process?

Allowances are your budget for selecting finishes and trims. Within days of starting your project, you'll get an allowance sheet detailing options like standard or upgraded finishes. Our Design Liaison will help you choose everything from countertops to flooring, ensuring your style shines through. Receipts for used allowances adjust your final cost.

How do you keep projects on schedule?

We keep your project on track with a clear timeline from day one. Plus, our online portal gives you real-time updates, material choices, photos, and quality checklists to keep you in the loop.

What happens during final inspections and the walk-through?

During final inspections, we ensure everything meets our high standards and your Service Agreement. You'll have two key inspections: Final Trade and Final Building. After passing these, we do a walk-through with you to confirm all work is complete. Once approved, you'll get your Certificate of Occupancy and the keys to your dream home!
