North Saint Petersburg Renovation
Phill's Home Construction has now began with the renovation phase 1 for this North Saint Petersburg home. Demolition to the front and back porch is complete and masonry work has just began! This home will be upgraded with a new front/back porch with CMU blocks & windows/doors, a front deck, all new electrical upgrades, new flooring throughout the entire house, a master closet addition, a new HVAC system and an entire new roof. Stay tuned as we will keep you posted in transition to every phase of this project!

Phill's Home Construction is another step closer to bringing this family's vision to pass for this spacious home in north St.Petersburg. Phill's Home construction has recently completed the demolition & masonry work and is now in the process of installation for the roof, deck, interior electrical wiring, HVAC and reframing for the interior closet. Next will be installation of interior floors, windows and doors. Please continue to stay tuned to catch the next phase!

Just as few more finish touches and Phill's Home Construction will have this North St.Petersburg home renovation complete! All framing, masonry, windows/doors, front porch with railing, HVAC and electrical have been installed. The roof underlayment and water proofing have recently been done with shingles left to go. Next flooring, stucco, insulation and drywall will be input and freshly painted. Take a look at the displayed pics below to see the progress for yourself and stay tuned for future blogs!!!

The final reveal is almost here for this beautiful home addition/renovation in North St.Petersburg! Electrical, stucco, drywall, texture and paint have all been completed since our last update. Now we wait for final building inspections to be approved by the city and this home will be live in ready. Stay tuned for the next blog update of the final reveal for this project.
