Phase 1 | Financing, Discovery and Scope of Work

Get Pre-Approval / Secure Financing for your Project. This will enable you to know how much you may be able to afford for your project. We have partnered with several well known Banks/Lenders to help you with this portion of your project. Please contact our office for details.

Consultation with CRC to determine goals, take measurements & photos.

Acquire pertinent information regarding building codes and zoning.

Contractor to Provide written estimate, including “scope of work”, which will detail projected work to be conducted.

Estimate will also outline our Terms and Conditions. Written Estimate average a 10 to 15 business day turnaround.

Terms and Conditions accepted, Service Agreement Executed and Deposit received by Phill’s Home Construction.
Phase 2 | Plans or Architectural Drawings and Building Permits

We will coordinate with our Architects and team to ensure your plans are rendered in accordance with your design goals, engineering, building and zoning codes.

Permit is applied for. Once permit is approved and released by local municipality, an official start date and tentative completion date will be given to begin and complete physical work on your job site.
Phase 3 | Allowances and Supplier Coordination

Within 10 business days of official start date, allowance sheet will be provided. You may have the option of our standard finishes and trims. If you choose to select non-standard finishes and trims- the allowance sheet will provide you with the allowed amounts for each listed accessory. Used allowance amounts, receipts required, will be deducted from the final cost of Service Agreement. For complete details, please refer to Service Agreement.

We will connect you with our trade professionals for Trims, Vanities, Counter tops, Cabinets, flooring, and etc. Together, we will help guide you in making your selections.
Phase 4 | Construction Schedule and Documents

We will provide you with a tentative project schedule.

Our Web Portal- To help facilitate open communication about details of your project, we provide you with access to our web-based project management tool.

Material Selections, project photos, and etc. are posted on this website, accessed via your user name and password. This is another great way for you to stay closely connected to your project. We will provide you with a customer book and calculator, which may also help you keep track of all documents and cost associated with your project.

Utilize our detailed checklist throughout your project to ensure accuracy and high level of quality.
Phase 5 | Final Check List, Final Inspections, Final Walk through and CO

Final Check List items are any final adjustments needed to ensure that all work was completed according to our executed Service Agreement and company standards.

Final Trade Inspection

Final Building Inspection

Note: There will be several Trade Inspections throughout construction.

Balance required at time of Final Trade Inspection. See Service Agreement for details on payments.

Final Walk through with homeowner to ensure all contractual agreement terms were met.

Certificate of Occupancy (CO) notifies home owner that all inspections have passed and approval has been issued for moving into your New Home.
